Ms. Jeanette Wong is DBS’ Group Executive responsible for the Institutional Banking Group which encompasses Specialised Corporate and Investment Banking, Enterprise Banking and Global Transaction Services. Jeanette also oversees the international geographies (excluding Greater China) in the DBS Group’s portfolio.

Prior to her current appointment, she was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for 5 years and was responsible for financial and management reporting of DBS Group and capital management. She also led the Group's financial initiatives, including capital fund raising, mergers and acquisitions.Prior to joining DBS Bank, Jeanette was at J.P. Morgan. Her last role was as Senior Country Officer of JP Morgan Singapore. In her 16- year career at J.P. Morgan, she had worked in the Global Markets and Emerging Markets business, and had held senior management positions with regional responsibilities in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income.

Jeanette is the Chairperson of the SMU Lee Kong Chian Business School Advisory Board, Vice-Chairperson of the Asia Cabinet of the Global Advisory Board for the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a Board member of the NUS-Berkeley Risk Management Institute. In addition, Jeanette is appointed by the Ministry of Education to be a member of the Polytechnic Quality Assurance Framework External Review Panel. She is also a Trustee of the SingHealth Endowment Fund and chairs its Audit Committee. The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore has appointed Jeanette as a Director of the Tax Academy of Singapore. She is a Director of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and DBS Bank (China) Limited. She is also a Director of The Islamic Bank of Asia Limited.

A Singaporean, Jeanette graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
