GES annually brings together in Singapore more than 600 business leaders from the region, making GES the leading business platform for a series of thought provoking debates on the latest global mega-trends, innovations in business and new strategic ideas for growth in today's fast shifting economic landscape.
In 2011, with close to 60% of the delegates being either of senior or executive management rank, the participants profile helped to reinforce GES’s position as a leading summit for senior business executives to convene and network.
GES 2011 saw delegates representing 36 countries, with the highest participation coming from the regional ASEAN countries. As one of the leading cross-industry business events in the region, many industry segments were represented; no segment had more than 15% share of the delegates; this offered participants an excellent opportunity to meet and network with their peers from other industries
